Johnny is a Marine Corp. veteran and the Creative Director for Peppermint Creative Partners, an experiential marketing agency specializing in marketing strategies, corporate sponsorships, diversity conferences, special events, print production, sales presentations and new media production. From 2013 to 2016, Johnny was a multimedia producer for Brooklyn Mitsubishi designing and producing web, print, and video graphics. Johnny is also a songwriter, producer, and engineer for The F.L.O.W. Creative Experience, a music production and publishing company. Johnny owns a recording and photography facility called Maria's Place. Johnny is a persuasive communicator with the ability to foster effective working relationships, solve problems and deliver projects on time on target and within budget.
Johnny has worked as a Project Manager in the Creative Media department of American Express for seven years where he produced print and web graphics, PowerPoint presentations as well as managed and coordinated business meetings, special events and trade shows.
In 2003, Johnny left American Express to work for Creative Network Systems, a creative staffing agency and design studio. There he secured American Express as a client in addition to bringing in Say Yes To Education, PromoPix, Metropolitan Jewish Health Systems, and Mount Sinai Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention Programs as new clients.

After a three year stay with CNS, Johnny incorporated and started Peppermint Creative Partners, an experiential marketing and brand management agency.
Johnny’s entrepreneurial spirit started way before his corporate experience. After serving six years in the United States Marine Corp, Johnny created and launched his own record label called Off The Hook Records. Johnny wrote, produced, marketed, designed and developed artist PR strategies. His roster consisted of:
The Two Individuals; a male duet rap group
Seven TreO – a female rap group
Larena Kosi – a female vocalist
F.L.O.W. (Finest Lovers Of Women) – a male R&B duet.
F.L.O.W. was the most successful project selling 33 thousand CD’s prior to the group being picked up by Duck Down Priority Records.
PHILANTHROPY
Giving is a signal of adulthood. As part of Johnny’s business philosophy, he supports a nonprofit organization each year. Over the past 10 years, Johnny has sat on the board of the New York Branch of City at Peace, supported the Junior Achievement program, and mentored young men and women through a local basketball program in Brooklyn. Johnny’s personal goal is to be able to allocate more time to community service.
October 2013, Johnny was awarded the Freedom Fund Award for his community service and support of the NAACP. This award includes a journal ad write-up, desk award and Certificate Award from the New York State Comptroller, Tomas P. DiNapoli. Peppermint provides event management and coordination as well as photography services for the NAACP.
